If I could give zero Stars I would this company after I place an order and verify with the manufacturer that it's available the company sends my order to Utah instead of Florida and then calls me and tells me the product is no longer being manufactured which is a lie I have used steambrite for the past year but will never use them again you can't depend on this company when you need them they don't follow through and seems like they have a lot of kids just running the show.Review from CARLOS M

I ordered an ** charger from this company. I tried to make the charger work in many places my house, my neighbor's house, my sister's house and it didn't work. The ** charger didn't come with instructions. I contacted customer support looking for help and nobody responded. I looked for yutube videos and the ones I found were not clear enough to make the ** charger works. After many calls I was able to talk with the someone called ****** which I believe is the owner. I told him I wanted to return the ** charger and I wanted a refund because the ** charger didn't work. He tried to make me keep the ** charger and threated me with his policy about returning a product. He kept sending me e-mails harassing with his yutube videos (which I already had watched) and trying to making me change my mind. It was too late. I had already wasted enough time watching his useless yutube videos to make the ** charge work. I decided to stop messing around with an electric product that doesn't work and came with not instructions. I didn't want cause a fire in my house or my neighbor's or sister's house. This company shouldn't promote a product as an "easy to use product and not need for an electrician to install" as he states in one of his videos. According to him the ** charges only works with standard outlets ( I tried all my standard outlets, my neighbor's and my sister's house and I didn't work). According to him the ** charger it will not work on same breakers, and will not work on same phases (I tried that too) and it didn't work. I tried everything he said and nothing worked. Since he was making difficult to return the product I sent an e-mail to him saying that I needed the address to return the product or I will take him to court if he didn't provide that information. Finally he provided the address and I shipped the product back to him. Now he is charging me 25% fee for a piece of garbage that didn't work and can cause fire to whoever buy that product from him.Steambrite Supply Response

We have a video of the item working correctly before it shipped to you showing your invoice number and testing with a multimeter, as well as a video of it working correctly after it was returned. I am glad to include the ******* links showing the address, but BBB will simply remove it from the response. Your response is like a customer who receives a car and accepts diesel only and then proceeds to put unleaded in the car you wander while the car does not work and then file a complaint about it! Following direction is supper easy and requires no electrical skills at all. The rules to make the charger work are both in writing and on ******* videos on the webpage you ordered from. The instructions clearly state to plug into two separate breakers located on different phases of current. You cannot use the same outlet, you cannot use the same breaker and you cannot use the same phase of current. The phase locator on the box is idiot proof and simply gives you a bright green light once you select the correct pair of outlets. If you randomly pick two outlets in your home, you can land on two left phase outlets, or two right side phase outlets, or one left side and one right side (this combination make the charger work). You already know, you did not get to select what 2 outlets you must use, rather the power supply box will let you know once the plug it in correctly. You cannot use **** outlet unless you remove the **** receptacle or replace with a standard wall outlet. We also provided you a video link on how the change the phase location of your breakers in your breaker box if the two outlets in your home near your garage were on the same phase and do not want to relocate one extension cord to inside your home. You already know all this information I do not understand what it accomplishes now. You agreed to the 25% restocking fee on our website in order to complete the checkout. I can also simply return the item and have you use the item correctly. I know you need and want the item to work, and admittedly return it before you followed all our directions. Every home in the ***, ******, ******, *****, ********, and many others all have 2 phases of current and these items have been confirmed to work in every building in the **** The only time they do not work, is 100% operator caused. Since we have a video of it working both before we shipped it as well as after it is returned, we know you simply never bothered to plug it in correctly. We do and sell this with the "easy to use product and not need for an electrician to install" since everybody we have ever met can simply randomly select any two outlets in their home and push the phase location button on the power supply box. If it does not light up, simply select a different wall outlet until the phase location light turns on. That takes zero electricidal knowledge, yet you are the first person that does not how to plug in an extension cord in a wall outlet and push the test button? How can you have some much hatred in your live that you have to complain on BBB? I know you ordered this because you want it to work. I ordered a tiny part for my outdoor mister from SB. When purchased it said 5 to 7 business days. It's been two weeks and they haven't even shipped it yet so I reached out and wanted to cancel and refund. They won't cancel until 30 days have passed and they don't do refunds. So I will basically receive it after summertime when I can use it.
