We had water damage in our business and ***** and his team did a super job cleaning up the mess. They were very professional, very thorough and very friendly. What we love the most was that we didn't have to wait for help. They came out immediately. I recently had water damage due to a leak in my water heater and the issue was identified around 5pm. ***** from Chrome Water Damage Experts took our call and arrived within a couple hours to begin the remediation process. He was very thorough in identifying all problem areas and started work right away as to avoid having any potential of a mold issue. ***** was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner and helped us avoid any long term issues. These guys were exceptional. ***** handled the situation with sympathy and lots of professionalism. He explained everything and made sure I was getting the right kind of work needed to fully mitigate any water damage. We worked closely with my homeowner insurance. He made it an overall pleasant experience given the situation, did a great job, was always punctual and communicated with me, and just a great personality to work with.Review from BRIAN F

Great Company to work with. Highly recommend. Communication was excellent. They kept us updated every step of the process and where always available when we needed them.We also have two little girls and never felt uncomfortable having people in and out of our home we did not know. ******** called immediately after I submitted a request for service via Thumbtack. She told me they could be there the same day. ***** showed up, ready to start removing flooring that was damaged by water. I appreciated the prompt service. It took about a week for the drying process.Review from Shirley P
