I have had this bank for years. While I was in the army, I had just my two weekend days to run errands. More than once I would be trying to get groceries and my card would be declined. I had funds, but the bank had decided that me using my card in the military town where I was stationed was fraud and would block my card. Since there is no way to contact anyone there on the weekends, I would be forced to do without until I could go to the store again. Fast forward, I'm in college, I want to feed myself with my own money, card is declined, bank has frozen my account because I used it in the town where I go to school. Fast forward, I am working at a new job, I go on a Friday to visit friends in that same college town, bank freezes my account, I have to borrow money for food and sleep in the car, can't make it to work because I have to way to get gas until bank opens Monday, I am fired. Fast forward, I am trying to get a sick puppy into the emergency vet with parvo, I have no food at home, I need to access the $4000 I deposited just today, bank has frozen my account, but plot twist, the bank has also begun sending fraud alerts to random phone numbers and giving people the ability to shut off my card with a "is this you" type link. Community National Bank will fraudulently seize your money and leave you penniless for days for no reason. Do not trust them. Do not use them.
