I have had a 2011 Fire F350 truck with ****** Automotive for almost a year down being handled by **** who is no longer with ******. The truck was not diagnosed at original intake and they began fixing parts that did not rectify the problem as it was never diagnosed to understand what the true problem was. I visited with **** multiple times as they shot from the hip fixing things that didnt have to be fixed. It was then sent to ******************** and ****** and I finally spoke after multiple calls with **** to no avail. ****** went over what had been done and that there was a lot of unnecessary things fixed that did not fix the problem. Had it been diagnosed in the beginning, we could have saved valuable time and money they ****** has wasted. ****** is very knowledgeable and will testify to the ineffective repairs ****** made that should not have been done and the truck is still not running. I paid ****** $5000.00 of which a good percentage was not necessary had they looking in to and diagnosed the truck early on. ****** can be reached at ************.
