On july 7, 2023, I went to Petes auto sales in ****** to get a vehicle, the next day I noticed the car was leaking fluid I called a mechanic to check the vehicle over, he found a power steering fluid leak and suggested I return the car to Petes for repairs as this will cost hundreds of dollars in the future for me, I called **** and took the vehicle back on July 10, on July 14 after a week I picked the car up as **** stated hed fixed the leak, on my way to the dealership I passed the mechanic driving my car back to Petes which upset me as he was speeding, turns out, the power steering leak was not fixed and is still leaking fluid, **** lied and said he fixed the leak he did not, he had the car taken to a muffler shop and the muffler replaced, this is bad business as now this is a problem, the repair for this will cost me up too $800.00 dollars or me. As a business man he should be held accountable for intentionally selling lemon vehicles to consumers just to make a profit, he was confrontational when I mentioned the reckless driving of his mechanic in my vehicle making the statement of you take it to the shop next time. He needs to be investigated and every vehicle on his lot inspected to ensure its up to code and allowable to be sold or on the road. I will be submitting the receipt from the muffler shop where he took the vehicle, *** already called and asked if the repaired the leak he said no they only do exhaust systems.
