Today, I bring to your esteemed office a matter of deep personal distress, hoping for a thorough investigation and the protection of my rights as a consumer.In early 2020, I faced multiple issues with my car, ranging from a problematic power steering pump and engine oil leak to the trunks lock malfunctioning as follows: Problem with the power steering pump ********** leaking Problem with the trunks lock Problem with left CV axle Problem with passenger side CV shaft Problem with the downstream oxygen sensor Problem with oil pressure sensor Trusting a recommendation from *********************************, the owner of Panda Motors, I took my vehicle to his establishment for repairs. Initially, I was informed that the total cost, inclusive of parts and labor, would amount to $700. However, on the day of the payment, 02/10/2020, I was charged $721 an unexplained additional charge of $21 for which I had given no prior consent.Sadly, my tribulations did not end there. After collecting my vehicle post-service, I quickly discerned that many of the primary issues remained unresolved: the engine oil continued to leak, the car wheels' problem persisted, and the trunk's lock remained dysfunctional. When I approached Panda Motors for redressal, I was asked to submit my car for repairs again. However, much to my dismay, even this second intervention failed to address the lingering problems. Furthermore, my subsequent attempts to secure a comprehensive list of services rendered essentially a detailed invoice were met with persistent evasion from the mechanics, **** and *****. Their consistent refusal only solidified my growing suspicion: that no tangible service had been provided to my vehicle during either visit.Given the unresolved issues, I sought assistance from other mechanics later in the year. On 08/21/2020, I incurred a cost of $819.66, and on 09/22/2020, another $******, both for addressing the very same problems Panda Motors had ostensibly "repaired".In light of these recurring issues and associated costs, I find myself not only aggrieved but also financially burdened, having spent a cumulative $1,692.13 ($721 + $819.66 + ****** = $1692.13).
