It started as a car search which I see why I took me so long to finally purchase from this particular car ******** of the staff practically almost asked me everyday to come in look at their cars. Which I wasnt able to test drive any of the cars but the one was sold to me that stinks after complaining to them. I was told that they're are not able to do anything about which I felt some type of way. At the time of the purchase I was charged an additional amount than what I was told at first me being me I felt the smell would go away and hasn't yet after detail and personally putting my energy to clean it. I dont see how everyone keeps saying Kyle Chapman is the best dealership it is NOT!! My poor son took his hard earned and got a car he has not made 6 payments but his car has been in service 6 times and counting for the same issue! The air conditioner and yet it has went out again now again he will be with out a car and will struggle to get to work everyone is so rude to him he doesnt even call anymore he has me do it! At this point they meed to put him in another car but no one will help him but they want that payment every two weeks!! This has been the worst experience ever. I have lost 2 jobs because they disabled my vehicle days before my due date. I have never been behind on my payments but every month for the last 6 months the vehicle has been disabled wrongfully. I have filed a complaint 5 times. I finally got one of the owners to contact me as my vehicle was disabled for ***** . He was kind to enable it. Then a few days later Im being harassed for over 700 dollars. Once it was cleared and the remaining balance was paid the vehicle was disabled again. Now my husband has no way of getting to work. Please think twice before coming here. The supervisor ***** is a very disrespectful human being. The entire collections department have no clue of what their duty is. No organization at al whatsoever. The lack of training and knowledge is beyond insane. Do not waste your money. Youll pay for a vehicle you cant even drive!Review from KaCee

I rate this fake company 0 stars!!! This is the WORST so-called "dealership" to do business with. They are racist, and never want to keep their word on anything that they say!! I purchased a Dodge Journey in December 2021 and by April my transmission was bad, and they asked me to bring my vehicle in, and they would diagnose and repair. They kept my vehicle for 18 days and then CLAIMED that they put in a new transmission. When I picked my vehicle up and left, it was 12 additional things wrong with it that were NOT wrong with it before then. I called daily to let them know and ask for them to get my vehicle back in to look at it, and they claimed that there were no appointments and that I could drop it off, and they would get to it when they could. But could never give me a time frame of how long I would be without a vehicle. Fast forward to July ********************************************************* an appointment!! So I have to call and let them know that I am filing a complaint with the BBB and will file a lawsuit if they continue and here we are 7/29/2022 and they are telling me that my transmission is out yet again!! HOOOOOWWWWWW!!! Then to top it off ****** in service tells me that I dont understand anything in the service world which is a lie because I have been the one telling them what is wrong with my **** car! Then ****** hangs ** in my face and proceeds to tell me that he is going to stop working on my vehicle since I stated I was going to contact the BBB and make a complaint! Then DO YOUR **** JOB and people wont complain. ******* the service manager wont call me back... probably because he is NOT being told that I am asking to speak to him. NEVER GET A VEHICLE FROM THIS FRAUDULANT FAKE DEALERSHIP that sales you lemons and then won't fix anything.Review from RANDALL H

Purchased a **** Acura RSX and the car completely fell apart 3 months later. Bad struts,ball joint, steering arm linkage,a/c compressor,knock sensor,catalytic convertor and door lock actuator driver side door. Since they wouldn't help I took it to a reputable shop and was quoted $5,000 for repairs on a $14,000 note.You got me bent this car was a danger to drive on dry pavement much less wet. Since I had 3 strokes I did not feel safe driving this car and told them to come get it after relocating to ****** with notification. They repeatedly shut down my car while working during the day leaving me stranded at customers houses. They keep calling me asking me to bring the car back and have placed it on my credit report when they have never reported my payments to the credit bureau preventing me from getting another car since it shows I would have 2.And also reported my back payments since I am not paying for a car that is in danger of killing me due to losing control of it. In my opinion criminal charges should be placed against this company for their Mafia like tactics and disregard for customer safety and well being. 1 month later the car still sits in my possesion which is 9/10th's of the law.I just want my $1,500 down payment back and the$103 for the mechanic estimate along with pulling any credit info off of my report. If they want me to bring the car back it will cost them an additional $1,500 for travel expenses,days missed from work for 2 people for transport back to ******.Otherwise I can start taking it apart and ship it to them piece by piece. Kyle Chapman Motor Sales, LP. delivered the vehicle to **************** on July 1, 2021. Almost seven months later, **************** contacted our service shop on February 21, 2022, requesting repairs to be made on the vehicle. However, the requested repairs were not covered under the 18,000-mile/18-month warranty. This does not state that Kyle Chapman Motor Sales was unwilling to help ****************, simply that the repairs would not be warrantied. To ensure that **************** would be able to afford repair payments as well as contractual note payments, account adjustments were then made to defer his current payment to the end of the note.Until this point, **************** had not communicated that there were any issues or complaints about the vehicle or that it was a danger [to] killing [him] due to losing control of it. So, as **************** stated in his review, we attempted to contact the customer several times to bring the vehicle to our service shop for diagnosis and repair. He instead went to a reputable shop and was quoted $5,000.00 which was undoubtedly upsetting. Had the customer heeded our request, the cost could have been substantially lower as we do not charge a ****-up and pass our lower costs on parts to the consumer along with structuring functional payment plans. Furthermore, regarding Mr. ******* credit reporting, the trade-line has been reported since the date of purchase and presents a true and accurate reflection of the accounts history. Therefore, in conclusion, as of April 8, 2022, the vehicle has been collected from *********, ** and delivered to Kyle Chapman Motor Sales, LP. We must regretfully decline Mr. ******* request to refund the original $1,500.00 down payment, $103.00 diagnostic fee reimbursement, and removal of his trade-line due to continued use of the vehicle without payment.Customer Response

I reject this ******** comment. It should be against the law for a company to treat a consumer this way. And yes I did complain and yes I did tell them I couldn't bring it back due to relocating to ******. And the measly deferred payment of $245 was no where close to the repair cost. You will remove it from my credit report or you will dread the day you ever met me! You will refund my $1,500 down payment or the costs I incur upon your business will far exceed a measly $1,500 dollars. Or the $13,000 note. I will expend every being and every dollar I make pursuing a lawsuit against you for bad business practices. I will have your dealer license in my pocket be assured of it! And if that doesn't work be prepared for what will happen you sorry *********** pieces of ************* shit!
