I bought a vehicle from their location on Sherwood. Despite it being a small dealership they seem trustworthy and personable. I was looking at another vehicle there and they advised against it because they didnt believe it to be reliable. So, they guided me towards one that they believed to be reliable, a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. This vehicle was out of my price range but it had less than ****** miles, a clear history according to the carfax report and had "no other problems" except for some minor structural damage at the rear of the vehicle. Not even a month later it wont run. I took it to them after contacting them. They told me they would check it out and find out what the issue was. They even said they would loan me another vehicle while i waited. None of that happened. The only thing they gave me were options to purchase warranties and advised me to wait a week before using it to get the necessary repairs, repairs they speculated would be extensive. They have stopped communicating with me. I have my first payment coming up and my vehicle doesnt work. With all that I have now found wrong with this vehicle either they did not check which would be extremely negligent especially since they were pushing the vehicle's reliability so hard; or they knew about it and didnt divulge it which is also grossly deceptive and ILLEGAL! Because they refused to have their mechanic look at it I am going to assume the latter.

Please be aware of this place I really dont even know where to start the salesperson as well as finance manger need to learn manners and how to speak to people they were all nice when selling the vehicle as they took down payment I should have known better than to have dealt with them because they lie to get you there car online listed one price when we get there salesman says thats if you pay cash but nowhere on ad does it say that brakes were making a noice he said it was because of it raining not true. Bought the vehicle on July 3 Its September and still no license plate so text **************************** and says clerk has them and they will get them mailed out. Myself and my family had contracted covid and had been out of work sick so was unable to make payment on august 6 so was finally able to call financing company to make payment plus late charge they accepted the payment on sept 1 only to have a guy come and repo car on sept 2 when I showed him payment was made he said MO and they others there always do this kind of business even had repossessed someone who was only past due 1 day but guaranteed that they would return my down payment minus mileage as I called salesperson he said bank pulled financing because no payment was made and when I called finance company they say dealership pulled contract and now no one wants to return a payment I made which should have never been taken in the first place if I no longer had financing beware of ******************* as well salesperson would no longer answer me after he hung up on me very unprofessional the whole bunch so sad that people exist that would rob people of their hard earned money they get very hostile because they know what they are doing is wrong then I spoke to someone else who then said that it was not his job but he was trying to help me but I would have to pay ******* to get the vehicle back for the towing and other fees and they would get financing through another bank that I had ten days or car would be put out for sale.
