I dropped my car off June 12 and i got it back December 19! He was paid $9738 to do repairs on my car, insurance sent him a list of guaranteed part he said they would take care of it and replace the parts needed and repair what needed to be repaired, they did not do any of that they did not even call any place that were holding parts for us, he just put old parts back on after just being repaired or aftermarket parts! Causing my car to give malfunctioning alerts pull over quickly break malfunctioning headlight malfunctioning hood not closedThis has caused us to wait another month to get another estimate to have the repairs done correctly, then we have to put it the shop AGAIN! He has refused to repair any of his mistakes nor has he offered to refund us so we can take it to another body shop. This business has not help whatsoever to try to get this resolved they have cause more for us, I had to call the cops to get our car towed off his property because he did not want to release my car after I gave him $500 for deductible! They also costed me another battery due to leaving my doors open they killed the inner core and that was another $390 for their carelessness. This man pocketed majority of the money did a careless job and does not try to make anything right between his business and the customer I would not recommend him to anyone, he did not even have my signature consent to work on my vehicle he never showed us the estimate he just he said it would take 2 months top (mind you when I took it I was expecting an estimate because one was not given to us, only to return and have things removed from my car already) he was never there when we went by, never answered nor returned phone calls he would not provide me with the warranty receipt nor show any kind of quotes for the parts he purchased he was just trying to give us the receipt for the headlamp making me believe that was the only parts bought new!
