            This company was contracted over 2 months ago to repair my 2 ac units through AHS and has been to the house over 4 times to fix the units. The company actually charged me for a part when they should have gone through my home warranty company for the cost. They still have not reimbursed me for the cost of the part. After 2 months of tripple digit temps, as of the date of this complaint both units are not fixed. Today the owner of the company, ****** was to accompany his techs to my residence with a check covering the funds charged to me for the part. He did not show. His secretary got him on the phone and he began his conversation with rudeness and unprofessionalism. He used vulger language throughout the conversation and continually cut me off throughout the conversation. I still have 2 ac units which do not function as they should, and am out $285.88 for the part which took them 2 months to acquire!! This individual has no business running a company; incompetent and rude.
