Allstate Air&Heat responded to my BBB request promptly. The Owner of the company himself, ***, then made an appointment to come out within a few hours of our call, and he was here right on time. *** evaluated the problem both inside my home (thermostat, filter, blowing air) and outside (fan), and then up in the attic (ducts, electrical wiring and connections). He made some adjustments and determined mine was actually an electrical problem and so recommended a reputable electrician (who when called, also came out promptly). After 3 days with no A/C in August (!), those two gentlemen had fixed my A/C and both charges were reasonable for the work done. BONUS: The Owner of Allstate A/C called me 2 days later as a follow-up to be sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Wonderful customer service!Review from Adriana L

Allstate Air and Heat is professional and comforting. AC is a very technical business and *** does an excellent job communicating to customers. He's prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. He treated me the way he would want a repairman to treat him and it made the experience much easier. There was no pressure to break the bank.
