Lovely boutique! I have placed 2 orders so far with ***************************** and I absolutely love their clothing style choices and quality. I reached out to customer service with a question and they responded quickly and were super helpful. I shop other boutiques as well and this one definitely carries beautiful, quality pieces.

I purchased some clothing from grace and lace and the material and quality is not what I expected for the price. The material was thin and the size of the clothing was small ( which the size that I normally wear) but did not fit like a small. The clothing seemed more like a medium fit. I have been a faithful shopper with grace and lace both online and in several boutiques. I love what they stand for but I recently had a dealing with them that left a sour taste in my mouth. They sold a purple lounge set that had no instructions on it so wash prior to wearing. In excitement they were worn and slept in. They left horrible purple stains that ruined a nice white sheet set. I emailed customer care about the situation and requested a refund. It was a $47 set I believe and with all the money this business hasthey refused. It was pretty much a sorry about your sheets, try to some **** soap and heres a $10 coupon for your next purchase. Oh and youre the first person to complain about this are you kidding me? Why would I want to buy from them again??? They desperately need to put some laundering instructions on their tags if they wont offer a refund on something that ruined my sheets.Grace and Lace LLC Response

Hi *******, I'm sorry for your experience. Our records indicate that you created a return for this item in December but did not return the item at that time. I see that 90 days later, you reached out for a refund of the item because the sheets were stained. We explained we do not cover any transfer of dye and gave some suggestions on how to get the dye out, we also gave you a coupon. I have been a loyal customer for several years with G&L.After giving my honest opinion on several items from a launch I have been blocked from G&Ls Instagram account. 1) I commented that I thought an item was pricey 2) I commented that an item from the launch wasnt my style and was told Well you dont have to buy it 3) a question was asked after a launch what did everyone purchase I said unfortunately nothing as money was tight that week I also emailed G&L and advised them Of all this they did answer and apologized but sent. My email to the department that handles their Instagram account this was weeks ago and I never received a response Is this anyway to treat your loyal customers and block them from IG for giving honest answers I can honestly say that I will never purchase anything from G&L again
