I got my 16 windows installed Dec 14, 2023 from Energy - One. I guess I was lucky because I got the windows in fast with no problems. I appreciated that the Marketing Director ************************* took the time to come review the installation. Maybe he is new and will continue to improve customer satisfaction. The price was right for me too. I hope the Warranty is honored by them if I ever need it.Review from Andrew W

Horrible company. Stay away from this business. Will not pick up the phone when they mess up and view it as the customers problem not theirs. Installed a completely broken window and had to wait an additional 2 months for them to come take it out and put in a non broken window. Why remove a good window and replace with a broken one i ask?? I guess being a home owner I'm not allowed those questions.

They don't honor their warranty! I don't recommend this company and regret not spending a few extra dollars and going a more established and service oriented business. I had triple glazed windows installed mainly for noise control. This past February the middle pane of the large window next to the front door shattered for absolutely no reason. I have been trying since then to have the windows replaced or repaired and have had no success whatsoever. The people at E-1 tell me that I should deal with the installer. The installer can't be bothered to answer his phone and has not returned my calls. Alside Warranty, one of the companies that supposedly works with E-1, indicates that it would take months to even file a claim, and it can only be done online. I advise anyone who is considering replacement windows to avoid Energy One Windows.Review from Monica S

Don't do it. This has been by far the worst experience since the purchase of our home. I regret working the Energy One as my windows are still not done, the ones that went in were damaged, the team to replace a shattered window was inexperienced and I'm about ready to have another *********** the job and call it a day with Energy One. We started this process in the summer of 2022. There is a total lack of communication, and the experience has been a disaster.
