We drove 30 minutes to get my puppy tested only after being told on the phone they could provide the service. When we arrived, we were denied due to the lack of emergency. Please dont tell someone you can do something when you cant.

I apologize for the inconvenience. We are an emergency vet hospital. We triage clients as they come in. Perhaps between the time you called and the time you arrived several critical clients arrived. Their needs would be met first. Depending on the stability of your pet we may have told you that at that time we could not treat your pet because it was stable enough to go to your regular day vet. As I do not know the situation of your call or what the test was that you wanted, I can only surmise what the staff told you upon your arrival, which was based on what type of emergencies the staff was already dealing with. If you would like to provide further information, I can research for further. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience.

I understand if several clients were to come in, but that was not said. We are a military family trying to head home on emergency leave. When the person I spoke to on the phone said the test was possible, we were so relieved. We were supposed to leave the next morning, thankfully another local vet was able to accommodate. We were looking to get a tapeworm test as our puppy had it previously and was medicated. We needed the test to confirm he didnt have it so we could board him and head home to our family. The lady that answers the door with multi color hair was inconsiderate and does not have an empathetic bone in her body. This was by far the worst experience Ive had with a business here in ***********.Review from jaymee l

they will make you wait in the car in 100 degree weather with your pet due to covid but then come out to talk to you without a mask. i witnessed them tell a man with a bleeding dog that they couldn't take him back because the doctor couldn't see him right away. she didn't offer him any solutions or ask any questions on his condition. he asked for some paper *********** left. we weren't not happy with their service for multiple reasons and wanted to take our cat somewhere else once she was in a more stable condition. fast forward to the next day after taking our cat to a non emergency vet... we got sent home with treatment but her condition rapidly declined. my sister is finally accepting that she has done everything she can & will have to put Moon down. left with only emergency clinics again because its after 5pm-- my sister calls to inquire but they refused service because my mom left a one star review. they dont care about customers experience and they clearly DON'T CARE ABOUT THE ANIMALS. they cared more about turning us away instead of trying to make things better. they left us with a cat in ****************Review from Cp C

Horrible experience and worst front receptionist ever. Her name was "****" but she worked on 9/11 around 12 am and wow someone like that should not be working in place like that or deal with people. We go hoping to be treated kindly especially with our dog in pain and her being rude and not professional at all. If they allow someone to treat people like that i can't imagine how they treat animals
