Unacceptable, inconsiderate and unjust management practices from this ***.When I had purchased my townhome, the *** paid to maintain a GIANT ****, one that is shared w/ my neighbor, but the *** stopped maintaining it. They stopped and did so without any consideration or attempt to notify me that they'd stopped maintaining it. The **** has since grown to a size that will cost a decently large amount of money or a lot of work to get it into a maintainable size.I had requested over a two month period for them to pay to clean it up to a manageable size and then I'd take over. After five or six follow up emails and phone calls, the *** stated on my voicemail that the lawn service provider would clean it up but that turned out to be incorrect.I then received another email, after another follow up due to a continued lack of or delayed responses, that the *** board would consider paying for this (this after a voicemail stating they would already). In the end I received notice (after another follow up) that it is my responsibility. My responsibility and the process used to come to that decision left me in the dark and to take them at their word that everything was considered. Major failure on Wildwood Management Group by failing to notify me and then just flicking it all at me. No apology given. Theyve made it difficult to address my concerns with anyone other than those whove fielded my calls andemails. Unacceptable, inconsiderate and unjust. Not fair or right. Yet. Here we are.

**********************, we are sorry if you have experienced difficulty in getting answers to your questions regarding the shrub. We hope to help clear up any confusion. The shrub has never been part of what the *** should maintain. It is not on *** property and is the responsibility of the individual owner of the property you own. Information on what is maintained by the individual owners is included in the documents of the *** that you receive when you purchase property in a covenant restricted community. The landscapers have confirmed that trimming this **** is not part of their contract. In effort to assist you, we contacted them to ask if they would trim it one time for you. They confirmed the *** would be charged. When we provided this information to your board, they denied us permission to have it trimmed. Wildwood takes it direction from the board; therefore, we could not request the landscapers trim the ****. If the **** has been trimmed in the past, it was not by this landscape company or at the direction of Wildwood. I would recommend you speak to the landscaper directly and perhaps they will provide you services at a discounted rate since they service the community or you can also send notice to the board in writing, asking one more time to have the *** pay to trim the ****. If you send a letter to your manager, she will make sure the board gets it. We realize this is not the answer you prefer and understand living in an *** can be confusing. We are here to help in any way possible.

      Thank you
