      We recently moved in and had to have a few things fixed and every occasion that maintenance came into our home, they have been polite, respectful, and responsive to my requests. This very last time they went above and beyond for our family. Thank you gentlemen! Keep up the great work. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all of you!

      There were fleas in the grass outside my apartment. An infestation that they never resolved. It was caused by all the stray cats and the raccoons. I have never seen pest control, that we pay for monthly, come.Onto the raccoons in the attic, walls, and roof. They are a safety and health hazard. One stuck it's hand through my A/C vent.They carry rabies, leptosporosis, and roundworm.Onto the maintenance, no A/C or anything else fixed. ************************* is a slumlord.

      To whom it may concern:

      ********************* Apartments is built next to a wooded area, and we border two other apartment complexes. As such stray animals and wildlife can appear and do cause damages to buildings.   We humanely trap all wildlife/animals on the advice of our local wildlife rescue associations and have the animals relocated, unfortunately we cannot promise that other animals will not appear.  Work orders for damages caused by the animals are promptly addressed.  We do spray the areas monthly where we see high animal activity to help combat pest control issues and residents can request weekly for any issues inside their home to be treated if necessary.

      It has been nearly 3 months since we've submitted the necessary invoice and w9 for commission processing. I cannot believe that it is taking this long for a commission check to be mailed. I have worked with many apartment complexes and property management companies and never have any issues like this. Every time I contact the property manager ********* she assures me that she has resolved the issue and that we should expect the check soon but this is clearly not the case. Additionally, I've contacted the regional manager a few times and she has done nothing to help the situation except to refer my complaint back to the property manager. This is taking ridiculously long and I won't allow a property managements negligence result in me not being paid for procuring a tenant.

      I live in ********************* Apratment homes and this company's logo is at the bottom of the apartment website. So they might own the complex or manage it.Yesterday, I was discrimated against while attempting to handle my business and get my lease amended. After calling the office (at the "new" number) with weeks of no response (because they have caller ID). I attempted to communicate with the leasing office for 2 months by email, with no response. When I finally got a response today ******, who is also shamefully the regional manager, disrespectfully hung up in my face because I wouldn't allow her to bully me. I wanted the lease to read correctly for an error on their part. I was mislead to believe I was being overcharged for trash because they put the wrong amount on the lease. Human error, but I wanted it fixed to cover myself. Today, she called the police on me profiling me as a loud, obnoxious and discourteous black woman. Very racist to call the cops because I'm black and her white privilege enabled her to profile me to my face.**** is a disaster and unprofessional. She walked into my face pointing her finger and yelling like she wanted to fight as I held my 2 year old child in my hand, defending ******** poor management. I was completely triggered and had to speak with my therapist, as I just got out of an abusive situation. Which they know and still put me in a situation to feel physically and verbally threatened.They dropped the ball seeking a power struggle where it was not warranted. All because I stay on top of my business, to ensure my bills are paid on time and want to know where my money is going.I now fear for the safety of myself and my child here. I have been here since January approximately 4 months. It's no coincidence that in the last 3 months several black women have left reviews regarding ******. I have contacted this company by phone to make a formal complaint. Waiting to hear back.

      Please see below from our Manager:Late December, early January ****************** was having a disagreement over a pre-leased unit at a sister property. I spoke with her and invited her to come out to *********************. **** showed her a couple units and she decided to move in here on 1/7. ****************** gave us a list of items after her initial walk thru of her new unit and work orders were created. There was no further contact after 2/19. 3/1 ****************** received her 1st pro rated utility ****.4/1 ****************** received her 2nd utility ****. 4/2 she contacted **** with some questions and **** referred her to ********** the utility billing company. 4/3 ****************** contacted me via email and even though it was a Sunday I responded since I was working and emailed her a copy of the lease and also the number for **********. I also let her know that I would reverse the service charge fee since that had not been notated on her original contract and emailed her a copy of the lease.4/7 ****************** entered the office and demanded a copy of her lease again and wanted it corrected. **** let her know she would speak with me and get that taken care of. Within 15 minutes ****************** had called for the 3rd time and I was explaining the lease line by line with her and where she saw the typo. I informed her I would get it corrected and sent to her. ****************** became more irate and demanded it immediately. At some point she became verbally abusive and I clearly stated I was not going to argue with her, that I was going to correct it and let her know I was hanging up the phone. I got off the phone showed **** where it was in error and gave instructions to get it corrected. Less than 3 minutes later she comes into the office, by passed **** in the front, and into my private office. ****************** was very angry I hung up the phone, she then proceeded to demand it right then and there and that she would not leave until I do so. I had asked her to leave the office and she refused again. I did not say anything else except to pick up the phone to call SAPD for the behavior. **** did let her know that her behavior was very disrespectful but **** was standing a good 3-4 feet away from her and never once put a finger in her face. At this point ****************** was blocking my office doorway with both **** and myself in the office. I motioned for **** to be quiet and notated I was on the phone with the police. ****************** herself started calling the police. At some point she was on the phone in the outer office while **** and I were still in my inner office letting someone know we were bullying her because we were white. ****************** then sat in the outer office chair to wait for SAPD. While sitting there, we could see that she was pulling her small child's arm while picking him up and down. The child actually fell to the floor and **** asked her if the child was okay. While this was going on my prescheduled interview came in and witnessed the entire exchange including ****************** entering my private office back and forth demanding we stop and give her the paperwork. **** was in the office with us. The interviewee ***************************** was a witness until police arrived. During this time ****************** was on the phone with several people she kept interrupting to let me know she was a law student and would be coming after me personally for discrimination. At no point was ****************** blocked from leaving our office (quite the opposite, we were inside the inner office). It was ****************** who refused to leave. When SAPD showed up, ****************** was even more irate that I had already corrected her paperwork (not to her satisfaction though since I refused to retype and back date a legal binding document. I instead physically crossed out the incorrect information, made the correction and initialed). I also issued 2 violations while SAPD were here for the behavior. ****************** was demanding in front of the officers that I give her my personal lawyer info and wanted a restraining order against me. (From my own office). The officers informed her that would not be happening. The officers told her it was best to leave and contact her own lawyer. She stated in front of the officers that she would be coming in and out and I could call SAPD each time. After 2 hours of this disruption in our business she then went home to call repeatedly and then start an email harassment for issues in her apartment. Pest Control responded the same day and also took photos of her living conditions. The next day ****************** came in and picked up a pkg. while I was with a new prospect and informed them they didn't want to live here. She then proceeded to go home and make false allegations via email about us blocking her from the resident portal. ****************** is in violation of several areas of her lease and one of them is harassment of the staff and bad faith allegations and if this type of behavior continues legal action may be sought

      Don't move in here ....theres no hot water... Hardly any water pressure.... Management never answers the phone email or voicemails... The trash is always overflowing. There's been a water leak in the parking lot for months... And they add that to your **** over $100 with in water... No pest control ever but you're been charge for it every month... I've been here 4 months an my dishwasher hasn't been fixed not to mention when i moved in they gave me a dirty apartment with bandaid on the floor and stuff in the cabinets ... But that is clean to them .. management is *********************** never calls you back and ***** hangs up the phone ... It's a horrible place to live at... Do your research before moving in.. don't waste your money here

      We are sorry for the inconvenient you have endured we are working on the water leak that is happening in the parking lot. We have not had the trash bin overflowed for months so if you can contact the office regarding this issue, we be happy to resolve it for you. We have pest control come to the property every Tuesday so if you need pest control inside your unit, please call the office so we may put you on the schedule for this. We have been by to fix the dishwasher and garbage disposal we recently learned the dishwasher is not working again and we will handle that as soon as we can.
