I am writing to formally file a complaint against Kinsey Plumbing Services, regarding an unresolved issue related to the installation of a water heater at my residence located at ***********************************************************. This letter aims to detail the circumstances surrounding the failure to close the permit associated with this project, a requirement for the finalization of the installation process which has now impacted my ability to sell my property.On 13/05/2020, Kinsey Plumbing Services completed the installation of a water heater at my home. It was understood, as per our agreement that Kinsey Plumbing Services would be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and ensuring that such permits would be properly closed upon completion of the work, in compliance with local regulations.As of 04/05/2024, the permit related to this project remains open, despite my repeated attempts to contact Kinsey Plumbing Services for resolution. These attempts to rectify the situation include multiple calls during the last three weeks with alsways the same anser: "we are working on it".This oversight has directly impacted my ability to proceed with the sale of my home, causing significant inconvenience and potential financial loss. Despite my good faith efforts to resolve this issue amicably, Kinsey Plumbing Services has failed to provide a satisfactory response or action plan.I hereby request an immediate investigation into this matter and prompt action to ensure that the permit is closed appropriately.
