If I could give negative stars, I would definitely do that. I got a quote and scheduled a date to have my hot water lines re-routed for 10/11/21 and they screwed up the date and they had to scheduled it for 10/12/21. My husband had to take a day off which is very difficult for him to do as work is short-handed. So I scheduled another day and was promised, once again by ****** that they will come on November 1, 2021 and re-route my hot water line and that it was marked as a priority. She told me that the ***************** WOULD be clear to work on November 1, 2021. However, they sent someone in his upper 60's who didn't even know how to re-route. He said that he could try, but might mess it up worse so he left. SO yet another day my husband took off that he could have been at work and we still have no hot water. Furious doesn't even touch on how angry I am.Saying that this place is run by the three stooges would be insulting the Three Stooges.My strong suggestion - go ANYWHERE else than with this company. They made me so many promised and NEVER kept any of them. They always had an excuse.

I am concerned and dis***ed with the way the process was handled for your service request. The bottom line is, Our fault is at hand. Unfortunately for our reputation and being in business for over 60 years, we let you down. I must stress that this was in no way intentional. Not even in the slightest. I need to be perfectly clear, this is not how we do business. I know and completely understand that there is no way to come back from the way we unintentionally handled your service request. As busy as our company has been lately, especially since February, we were attempting to organize and expedite our service requests as timely as we were able to do so. Certain service requests take longer than what was anticipated, Plumbers going on a well deserved vacation, and even any unforeseen variables that *** have presented themselves. What does that come to? Once again, we let you down. Your personal time is very valuable, VERY VALUABLE. We sent one of our other plumbers who was able to free up and make himself available so that we can get this taken care of for you, and we failed to realize that the scope of work was not in his area of expertise, as we were blinded by trying to get you taken care of. We let you down. Mr. and ***********************, at this point, all I can do is apologize for the way this was handled from beginning to end. There are no words I can type that would be able to convey how sorry we are AND how disappointed my superiors and I feel about the way you were treated. Auger plumbing charges a whole lot. I have just one leak due to the plastic shower cartridge that goes inside the shower k*** it needs to be replaced and they want 400 dollars. Can someone help find someone to do it cheaper pleaae

The company has a pleasant dispatcher who understood my urgent needs. I had a ****************************, who called and came within a short period of time. He was very professional, knowledgeable with a positive spirit. He went above and beyond my expectations of getting helped in our complicated situation. The problem that left us stranded with two broken unused bathrooms for a week by other companies and two halls in the garage by not honest ******* from another company that has red flag about their certification. The *** ******* has another coworker who came also to help. The problem was solved within a very short time with paying only 10% of the price that the previous company ( questionable ******* certification) who damaged hour house with unnecessary two halls without a permit from the city. I recommend this company and give zillions stars for the honest and knowledgeable Plummers and the office who called the next day to check on our satisfaction with the work.

AAA Auger was amazing. We recently had a leak coming through our ceiling. They sent a plumber out the same day almost within the hour of calling. Picazo (71) and Jacob (46) came out to the home, spent their time running tests and even stayed around to discuss things with our A/C tech to try and figure out the cause of the leak. The next day, Picazo and Jacob returned and started the job of cutting through our ceiling to find the leak. They knew it was difficult for me to watch my home being torn apart and they took great care to protect my floors, my furniture and tried to keep damage to a minimum. They found the leak within minutes of getting into the ceiling and knew exactly what to do. They were honest, courteous and respectful and what I appreciated was they took the time to tell me each step they were going to take and why before they did it. I will always use and recommend AAA Auger because this is not the first time they have come to our rescue. Thank you Picaso and Jacob for fixing the leak and doing all that you could to remedy a stressful situation.
