7-25-2022 I hired paradise decks and spas to screen the top half of porch. **** the worker was sloppy and his cuts were off very bad he also he also ruined my existing screen door and saic it was always loke that and he also lied to them about getting the deposit because he never tried. **** the and ***** were very rude and unprofessional so **** manager said he would come out and fix everything he didn't it still looks bad and then he stole from me he would've gotten away with it if I didn't get him on camera. When I reported it the manager ***** was rude about it and hung up on me. When I texted **** that I have him on camera he called me and said he would bring it back. My problem is it took him 4 times to pick up what he because it was for separate pieces I don't trust them in my house because they're liers and thieves. I'm a sick disabled vet and now **** wants me to pickup the new door that they're supposed to replace I'm threatening a leg amputation and I'm having surgery on the 21st of this month I'm not physically capable of doing what he asked nor should I have to fix what they messed up. They lied to me about what it would look like they didn't give me in writing what was to be done. It will be a month next week and they still haven't brought my screens up to a professional level it's bad carpentry work and I hate it. This was to only be a 2-3, day job now its a nightmare I can't call paradise because ***** blocks me by hanging up on me so now I need your help this situation is making me sicker and I can't take the stress and steal that paradise is putting me through please help me asap.
