            On April 7,2023 I entered into a contract with Ashford Homes to purchase a home. On that date we pointed out that the glass in the master bedroom was broken and needed replaced. We closed on the house on May 1. Doing a final walk thru with Ashford rep it was pointed out the window was still broken and needed repair.We were assured that the window would be repaired. On May 23,2023 once again had meeting with rep on-site and was told it would be done. After numerous calls and texts as of today June 21 there is still no resolve. It has been 75 days and still with broken window. ALL I EXPECT IS TO GET MY BROKEN GLASS REPAIRED IN A TIMELY MANNER.THANK YOU **
