Please Be Conscious; this is a serious issue where my concerns are being ignored by Hamilton County Electric Cooperative (HCEC); PO BOX 753. Our (2) people's Household's Electrical Pole Transformer attached to our Electricity Meter in our side yard is also the same Electrical Transformer used by the next-door Neighbor going to their Electricity Pole in their side backyard. My concerns: years ago, when I called HCEC questioning why this setup was in this matter, I was recently Retired from the Navy/Army, "No explanation was offered." My concerns were the Electrical Pole Transformer in front of the Next-Door Neighbor's House appears to be inoperable, no visible Electrical Lines are attached to the Electrical Pole Transformer and why do they have Two? One is in front of their House not attached to any visible Electrical Line, the Second is attached to our Electrical Pole ultimately to our Electricity Meter. We were the 1st House on this region of the street did the Builder leave our House Electrical Line attached to the House next door and Open for (7) years and have my Senior Mother been paying for others Electrical **** if not All Partial. When I complained to (HCEC) they refused to come out to either verify my complaint or disprove it; Our (2) people (1) month (1) cycle **** can often deviate in this matter: Dec to Jan **** KWH ****. There is a significant difference in the (2) ****s we did nothing different in Jan than Dec' We had no X-mas Tree or Exterior lighting and 1/2 of our House is unplugged. But more questionable is the Dec to Jan **** which appears to have (2) different versions.
