Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT hire this company to complete any type of fencing project. They are extremely unprofessional and do not warranty their work. You will pay 3 times what others charge. We hired this company because they appeared professional. We had many issues with their crew leaving trash everywhere and not picking up all the metal fence pieces left in the backyard. In addition to this, within 6 months we had a gate lock break off. We also found out they didnt put the correct gate posts in. They put cheaper smaller posts that do not hold the weight of our gate, which is why the latch fell off. After contacting Alamo Deck and Fence several times, we were told they would not come out to correct their work because we hired someone else to complete our driveway fence. First of all, we can hire anyone we choose to. Second of all, who we hire is not any of their business. Save your time, money and aggravation and go with a different company that will not scam you with cheap materials that fall apart within a few months.

I am sorry to hear your comments. For a walk-thru gate, we use 4"x4" pressure treated posts. Regarding the repairs, you hired our crew directly, without going thru our company. We did not repair it, because you did not go thru us and we cannot warranty work done by Others. I should mention, that you not only hired our crew directly, but also tried to hire our Sales Rep. to go work for him. We do not consider this ethical.

This is not accurate. We hired YOUR company to fence our backyard. The gate YOUR COMPANY installed to our backyard, was not installed properly and YOU refused to fix it. We hired a DIFFERENT COMPANY to complete our driveway fence, which has nothing to do with the work YOUR company completed around our backyard. Our issue is with our backyard gate, that YOUR company installed. Regarding your comment about being unethical; please know your facts before making erroneous statements. YOUR salesperson complained about his low compensation for the work he does for you and inquired about my business and the potential of making more money. This will not be the end to this. You are responsible for correcting the horrible work YOUR COMPANY did.

Initially it went good, but once it was time to actually install the fence is when it went downhill. The sub-contractor(yes they use sub-contractors) didnt show up until 1pm and then didnt even have the correct supplies and had to leave. The next day they didnt show up until after 12 and got most of it done. ***** guaranteed me it would only take 1 day considering we removed the old fence. It took 3 weeks for them to fix 50 square feet of fence. The contractor got into it with my husband and told us he was only getting paid $300 to install the fence. After my husband stated that I needed to look at it, the contractor said oh she will find something and my husband told him she is paying for it.******* the owner stated they had problems with the contractor in the past, but continues to utilize him. ******* offered me $200 off but never told me about the 3% charge for using a card, so I didnt get a discount. ******* stated I should have asked about if they take cards and its on me. This company never showed up before noon and the fence is still not done and Im out of money.The sub contractor never apologized or took any accountability with the issues. He was acting as if we were crazy. I was in constant communication with ***** and instead of staying here to make sure they fixed it, he left and they didnt fix it and thats when the arguments started. I was never a priority and still my fence is awful.

Dear ****************, we apologize for the inconvenience you had. We have taken action and that fence installer no longer works with us. I believe we did go back and do the repairs. Thank you for your comments.
