I ordered custom jerseys and spandex shorts the first week of December 2022. I received the jerseys about a week late and many of the hems were coming undone. They agreed to redo the jerseys but when they did the redo jerseys I asked that they make some changes as the jerseys were super big on the girls and We had lost a few girls so I asked them to remove their names. They said they would make those changes but didn't. They agreed to make those changes as they had agreed to but didn't and I still have not received those corrected jerseys. I have called about 5 times and each time they said they would ship out in a week and a half and March 20th I still have not received anything. I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for the shorts. When I got the spandex shorts they were completely see through. I was promised they would get the problem remedied and shipped out ASAP however, they did agree to send out some plain black spandex to hold us over until ours were sent. They sent me the wrong sizes on those. By the middle of March I still had not received my corrected spandex and still could not get a straight answer on when I would get the non see through spandex. I was then forced to just cancel the shorts and get a full refund. Getting a hold of someone at this company is extremely difficult as well. I have sent numerous emails to the manager and never get a response. I will not purchase anything from this company ever again.

This company Teamapparel does not advertise as stated on the website with a quick turnaround. The order was placed on July 8, 2022. Order 30 jerseys, when received the products 26 out 30 jerseys, was missed printed. I contacted the company with the e-mail to let them know what had happened and they responded back as someone within their team will get back to me. Comes and go no one ever contacted me back. I had to make a phone call and spoke to the manager ***** who let me know that the company will redo the jerseys again seeing it was their mistake but it will take another 2 half weeks to 3 weeks. I told ***** this will not work as I needed it for a tournament that is coming up and this is the reason why we order the jerseys and also pay for extra money for the quick turnaround. Now it is August 17th, 2022, and still no jerseys and also miss the tournament without the new jerseys. I contact the company on August 16th to see where the jerseys are and the representative could not tell me if the product is shipped or give me the status of where the jerseys are at. The representative did refund the quick turnaround fee once I had asked him about it as it is no longer a quick turnaround. This company does not care or is concerned about their customer need. You would think that seeing it was their mistake the company would try and redo and expedite the jerseys so its customer would receive them before their tournament it was the whole reason why the jerseys were ordered. The customer service of this company is so bad that even getting the return label to ship their mistake jerseys back was a hassle and forget trying to contact the senior management. Send a message to their ***************** with no response back but get emailed reply from the manager that senior management is out of the country. All in all, as of August 17th, 2022 I still have not received my products, and our season will end in a week. Order # ***** From MN.
