    -Transaction Date: 07/02/2021 **** of money overpaid to business: $75.23 -PMTSSA agreed on a balance due of $4575.23 for ****** hours of cosmetology education. -Dispute: PMTSSA overcharged my checking account $75.23 on 07/02/21. I have a contract agreement dated 09/15/21 that says my balance due was $4575.23. I made a total of six $500 payments (on 10/02/20, 11/02/20, 12/02/20, 01/04/21, 02/02/21, 03/02/21). Plus, I made a lump sum final payment on 03/18/2021 in the amount of $1575.23. For this final payment on 03/18/21, I also paid a $4.95 convenience fee to pay over the phone. Therefore, my final payment ($1575.23 + $4.95) was in the amount of $1580.18. The total of these seven payments, minus the convenience fee, is $4575.23. I completed payment of the contractually agreed-upon amount of $4575.23 on 03/18/21. I was later charged an excess of $75.23 on 07/02/21.-I spoke with PMTSSA Operations Leader *************************** in person on 07/15/21. She told me to email ************************* and ************************** I emailed *************************, ************************** and natalieg@pmtsarlington on 12/22/21, 01/05/22, and 01/14/22 explaining that I was overcharged $75.23 and seeking reimbursement. *************************** (natalieg@pmtsarlington) responded on 01/15/22 stating my email was sent to their Executive Team to research the charge. Her email also said, "All of the automatic payments and one time payments made to the school through our system are done through ****** pay and the final charge you listed is a debit card purchase. They are working with the school to determine if that was a purchase at the school level since there is not a ****** listed on the $75.23 charge that you provided. We have reviewed our auto pay system and do not see that the $75.23 was an auto draft on our end through the ****** system." I followed up 90 days later on 04/15/22. I have not received a response.
