I have been going to Gordons for almost 30 years. But they are no longer the business that they used to be. I took my car in on Monday because it was cutting off when I was driving it. They did not even bother to contact me until the Thursday when they told me to come pick it up. I forgot to mention that when I had it towed there they tow truck driver noted the mileage. When I picked it up on Thursday, they charged me $160 for doing absolutely 100% nothing. They said the technician could not replicate the problem and that he had driven in an hour and a half, and could not replicate the problem. When I got in the car , I immediately became furious because it is a V 8 350 engine. You cannot drive a car like that for an hour and a half without using some serious gas and the gas gauge hadnt moved since the last time I was in the car but also the mileage had been noted when the car was picked up and there was a little over 2 miles put on the car since it had been picked up by the tow truck driver. it died five minutes away from Gordons. It died three times on the way home although I did make it home Gordons charged me $160 for doing absolutely nothing and for lying through their teeth no one drove that car for an hour and a half no one even checked the car out. even though they kept my car for four days no one even checked my car out. Basically they charge me $160 for letting my car sit in the parking lot. Gordons ripped me off after I have given them my business for over 30 years. I do not know if it was the technician or the whole company in on it, but they flat out ripped me off.
