******************* is a embarrassing person to work for he absolves himself of anything and is super sexist and being close to his children. Never had any thing to do with them... why trust a POS like that GM for ********.......... please find some one else. he is a POS and uses people to cover his own mistakes.Review from Melody P

I am a single mother with two children during COVID and got into accident and needed a vehicle. Went to this establishment and purchased a vehicle. I trusted these people really helped me out and worked hard to get me into a vehicle so I was glad BUT they were just looking out for commission. Times are rough and I was looking into seeing how much I still owe on my vehicle and was disappointed. By the time I am done paying my vehicle off, I will have paid DOUBLE then what the car is worth. Called the place I leased my vehicle from and they said its a daily rate I am paying. I asked the person who helped me, is this a good deal and he said yes. Its good. I said are you sure because I am believing you. Bottom lineI shouldve looked very closely at the paperwork but the dealership doesnt care because they got their commission on the sale. Very irate and disappointed that people now dont care about the little person. They just look out for number one.Review from Flavio G

Charged me $140 dollars for a diagnostic just for them to tell me that they couldnt figure out the issue and to take my car to another dealership.Review from Veronica A

long story, short...My car went in with a transmission recall, took 3 months for parts, when finally "fixed", was told it wouldn't start and would cost me $5k. After going back and forth for a few weeks was told it was a clutch issue. Started a case with ****. 51 days later finally get a response and was told the case was cold. Needless to say I now have to pick up my broken **** 9 months later.Review from Lisa S

Waiting for over 1 month on window part on brand new **** f150. Dealer probably sold truck like this since first time we ever rolled it down it never rolled back up again.Review from Manuel E.

I took my vehicle in for a faulty air bag and was told the service center was a first come first service and to get there early. I found that they are “back logged” And this would take 3 to 5 maybe 7 business days to see and fix my vehicle. BTW I was one of three vehicles in line and the many service bays were empty. I then asked for a loaner vehicle because of my faulty airbag, “you know that thing that’s used to save lives when properly functioning needed to be repaired” and the service guy did say they have loaners but he has not seen one since the time he’s been working there. “SO THEY DONT HAVE LOANER VEHICLES” Needless to say I had to come back home to my family of 6 with a Ford product that is defective and the folks at south way ford not really worried about this potentially deadly situation. I hope this is not a representation of the FORD brand as a whole because as I drove in under that BIG beautiful FORD sign with the hope and expectations that my families life was just as important as there $60k sale i.e my investment into this ford product!
