      During the process of placing my order with Fleshlight on July 10th. After reviewing the order information i saw the shipping information was incorrect , I notified the ********** of this and got no confirmation of anything. On July 10 I received and update from ***** stating that the order had already shipped. The Order as expected arrived at the wrong location . Upon this i notified the company of the matter and a new product was shipped out on July 15th by ************** The shipment arrived late and would have no use moving forward, I contacted support and asked about returning the item. The rep ****************** expressed that the item could be returned as long as none of the items had been opened and to add the ** # on the exterior of the box. On July 23rd i shipped the item back.During the time I made sure to notify Fleshlight of the package return. As ****** crept in I started to wonder when I would get confrimation of the packeage being recieved. The last message I recieved from her, on ****** 27, stated that the package still had not arrived at the facility. The return seemed to be taking longer then the original shipping so I contacted there support staff via the phone today. I spoke with ************** about the concern. From his information the policy states the refunds are not eligible for missent items or items that were replaced due to miss shipping. After asking him why this was not made clear before the order was sent back? **************** seemed to get defensive and continuously change the subject to take away from my questions. ************** even express he was the highest Tier manager that deals with shipping/receiving or claims . The call was disconnected after ************** expressed that the only way i would be able to get a refund would be through my bank and then after a few more questions were not answered the call was disconnected. I tried calling back and got no answer. Worst CS ever not helpful at all.

      Did not receive my order due to a "warehouse error". Upon receiving my replacement order, I decided against the purchase and messaged about returning it. I was given an RMA number and return instructions. I contacted them 2 months later wondering where my refund is and they told me reshipments aren't eligible for refunds. I have no item and they won't refund my money. They kept telling me the same thing and when I said that I will not accept that answer and will log in daily to reopen the ticket, they suspended my account. Will be going through my bank for the dispute with all the documentation. BEWARE OF FLESHLIGHT.
