DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR CAR! I had a flat tire on **** highway and they sent an inexperienced person who used the wrong lug nut bolts to mount the spare. This caused major damage to my car that cost me $3,000 to re-pair.This created a safety hazard and posed a risk to the welfare of my family. Thank God we made it home safely!Unfortunately, I was told that this repair technician has since been fired although this was not our intent in filing a complaint. My intent was to request reimbursement for the $3,000 that I spent for the repair costs.It has been over two weeks and I have not heard back from them. I have called this company twice and emailed them twice and provided all the documents they requested but have gotten no response.Review from arizona d

Do not under any circumstances trust these people with anything .Use anyone but them and do not repair any vehicle for them .We repaired two vehicles for them they paid for one and asked for 30 days to pay for the other. Many people told me not to trust them but in good faith i did .My mistake , that was 1 year ago still no payment one story after the other they hang up on us when we call.. T.n.T. Towing was called to pull a car off the ice up on ****** Mountain. Instead.. they told the cars owner that the car had to be towed and it would cost $450.00 approximately. The next day when the owner picked up the car.. the **** was over $1500. Ultimately it cost $1643.00 to ****** his car back.They charged $800.00 for "Recovery fees". They even itemized it ! Recovery fees.$200.00 times FOUR !They were unable to explain what 4 things were Recovered.. for two hundred bucks each.This and several other questionable charges are why I'm here.Are these the kinds of business practices that the ****** condones?They're a proud member of your organization..Are you equally proud of them?Review from Chilly

Took my truck to the wrong location and dropped it in the street. I told them 3 times ******* but it ended up in ********* **. Plus parts missing off the truck but of course they know nothing about it.Review from Tom M

This company doesn't care about being a good neighbor. They towed a tractor to the lot next to our house on a Sunday night after 9 pm. They said the people that hired them (our new neighbors building on this lot) told TNT to take the tractor there that night. Our neighbors thought it would be delivered the next day during normal business hours. So, not only does TNT not care about noise ordinances, they are not truthful and will throw you under the bus when it suits their needs. Avoid this company.
