      Has to be the worst lab in the country. 5 yrs ago I got a bad blood draw from them and my arm is permanently messed up. Now my insurance is trying to make me go back there. I went back for an in home test. They argued with my ************ about who was to do the prior auth. After they finally figured out it was them, the specimens went bad supposedly. I went back to the same place and they refused to help me. They said they "don't do those tests" and I have to go to my *** would I leave now? I asked why I could do it 2 weeks earlier? No response - just leave. THE WORST employees on the planet. So rude. A disgusting place that should be shut down.

      I had lab done at ******************** on 12/5/2023. I was told one of the tests might not be covered by ********. I did sign I was aware of this possibility. I never received bill via email notice or electronic notice or that a message awaited me in the patient portal. I did get my results. On Aug 29 I got a text message from *************** which turned out to be a debt collector. I attempted many, many times to talk to someone but it's an automated site and I couldn't figure out how to get out of it. I tried calling ***************** but again, just an automated system. I would have paid the bill if I had received one. I tried to get into the patient portal but never could get in. I had excellent credit until this.

      I am waiting on lab results to schedule surgery. I had blood draw performed on 7/30/2024 and was told results should be available in 9 days (7 for test and 2 for transit). Yesterday 8/12/2024 I called because no results yet and was told they will contact lab and call me back by end of day. Today 8/13/2024 I called again because I was not called called and was told results will not be in until 8/23/2024. If you do the math, its pretty obvious they missed the test completely. They didn't offer to expedite or anything just pretty much saying "deal with it". Will start to look for a non Sonora Quest Lab as this is not the 1st time.

      For God's Sake, please answer these phone lines you have and don't make people wait forever!!!And your phone agents are RUDE!Ridiculous and unacceptable!

      I am so unhappy with Sonora Quest. According to my doctor's ****** they refused to resubmit my claim which led to me paying close to $2000 worth of surprise billing, a year and a half of headaches, and the delay of an autoimmune diagnosis because I was terrified to seek medical care after this. I was also in the appeal process of this bill and they sent me to collections, which hurt my near perfect credit score. The lack of transparency in the medical companies is absurd and it screws over the consumer. It is ridiculous to place responsibility on the consumer to find if something is covered (which in my case it was supposed to be). Highly displeased. I'll be reaching out to our politicians to make some change. This has happened to way too many of us.

      For **** and her assistant ****** in the ******** area Noth **********. She is amazing. I have a horrible veins. Sometimes expert poke me 2, 3 times.**** gets it in one poke and so smooth. Love you **** and thank you. You are the best :) Fari

      I had to drive 18 miles to a lab for a UA today the address was an old building to say the least I was irritated. I dropped in no appointment at lunch time and Codi at the ****** location was the most pleasant and efficient person I have ever dealt with. I regret asking her to dinner because she was so easy to deal with and helpful. I never write reviews but she stood out so much I felt like she deserved it.

      The customer service is absolutely horrible at two locations in *******. They run this company as a jail rather than a laboratory. I waited for an hour and then was told that their system was down without any apology. They are rude with a terrible disposition. Do not go there.

      Sonora Quest ( both Sites) in ***************. Are a joke! The staff are not professional, do not listen/ help patients with their concerns. Computers do not work, so pts do not get on the list and sit for hours.As a health care professional I am appalled at how they are allowed to treat people: patients. Something needs to be done!!

      Ive been having billing issues with Sonora Quest Lab since 2022. I, myself, will receive my billing statements within 30 days of service with no issues. However, my spouse will receive her billing statements 3 to 6 months later with threats of debt collection. The billing statements for my spouse arrive at our home address in one envelope with months of billing statements inside. The postmark is less than 5 days, so its not a **** or address issue. Weve called and emailed several different billing reps within Sonora Quest, and they have told us our address was incorrect or this is the way our billing is or update your address with your doctors office or its appears to be an issue with your local ****. In June 2024, we again received one envelope via ****, post marked 5 days, with 4 billing statements dating back to March, April and May, and threats of collections. We have never received any other billing statements, calls or emails that we had a balance due of over $400. I went on the billing website for Sonora Quest and paid $221, there was no balance for $428. Two days later, we received a letter from a debt collection agency, via Sonora Quest, for $13. Note, we never received a bill for $13. I called and the debt collection agency stated they received the request for collection due to our address being incorrect or not existing. This is harassment and no matter how many times I explain it to them, they continue to send my spouses billing statements 3-6 months late with threats of collections. Since Jan 2024, after Sonora Quest has billed our insurance, weve paid over $1100 out of pocket. My spouse receives a 5 min visit at a pain management facility and urine testing every month, thats it. So when we receive statements of $330, $221, $428 6 months later, you can imagine the questions we have.
