      I recently purchased a king *** frame from ****** in November for my new home. In December we discovered my husband and I were starting to get bug bites. We werent seeing any bugs so didnt think it could possibly be *** bugs. Im December we found the first *** bug. Called my apartments right away. They sent an exterminator out who searched my apartment just without doing a treatment, they could not find any bugs at the time. After that I Found another one do the exterminator came back out to perform a treatment, this was then in January. The exterminator did two full treatments in January and the most recent one last Friday and located 4 *** bugs hiding within the *** frame. I have a three ***room with two bathroom apartment in which the bugs were only located in one room and in one item. I notified the manager at Pruitts today to let them know what we found. The manager then told me they dont have a bug problem in their warehouse. And *** bugs dont hide in wood. She brushed it off so easily and said the bugs must of being hiding in my carpet when I moved there. I called my pest control company to fact check the manager and they basically laughed at me. He said *** bugs hiding in wood all the time. He said he found two bugs within the dressers of the frame hiding within the cracks and 2 within the headboard. He said for me to contact the manager back and tell them they need to research *** bugs smh. Im disgusted right now. For a manager to say we waited since November to say something is crazy. We didnt even know what was biting us until mid December. Smh. Never shopping here again!!!!!! Oh remind you I got a dresser from their store that didnt come from the warehouse and the pest control didnt find bugs in that. Only the item that came from their warehouse. Smh

      Pruitt's Fine Furniture, a family owned company, has been in the Valley for over 70 years without one single bed bug report. We pride ourselves in beautiful, affordable furniture and excellent customer service. When I received the call from this customer, I went back into our sales receipts to discover where this customer's items came from in our warehouse. I checked all of the same or similar product stored at the warehouse near this customer's purchased items. There have been no reports of bed bugs or any other problem from any customer. The warehouse manager checked all furniture pieces in this rack and there are no bugs. The manager stated they routinely have pest control and do their own inspections for cleanliness. Because the customer reported bites in December, weeks after our delivery, I do not believe they could be from our product. We just heard about this problem this week, more than 12 weeks past delivery. I am sorry that this valued customer experienced bed bugs. I suggested to her they could have been present when they moved in their apartment in November. As far as finding the bugs in the furniture in February, I imagine they would have moved because of the treatments or just because their nature is to find crevices. It does not mean the bed bugs originated in the furniture. Again, i hope the customer resolves her issue and I appreciate hearing about any experience our customers have, positive or negative.

      Terrible customer support. They sold me a dining table in June 2021 and in 4 month some how water got inside the table and the edge got swollen cracking the paint on the side. To my surprise It wasn't even real wood at all but synthetic materials with wood laminate. My biggest surprise is when the agent on the phone who challenged me to court if I don't like their decision. Very unprofessional.

      We are dismayed to hear the customer's account of the solution offered by ********. Upon learning that the customer had damaged the table by leaving water on it, ******** offered a 50% credit to choose something different in our store. The customer has not taken advantage of this offer and we were waiting for their decision when the BBB review was submitted. The table and 4 chairs sell for $398.98 are not solid wood, as described in the digital catalog he ordered from. It is our goal to make our customer's shopping experience positive and enjoyable. We went above and beyond service with this customer offering a solution to a problem that was customer caused.

      I did not see any catalog, I shop straight from the store when we decided we wanted a small table. We threw a Birthday party and next morning it was swollen. I have history as a customer buying more expensive ******************** with ********. All I ask was to use the same amount and buy a much better table made of real wood that will last at ********. I will not accept less for I strongly feel I was sold an expensive toy rather than a dining table. I was not made aware of the type of table I was purchasing.

      Worst customer service and disrespectful store manager.Purchased a bedroom set in May 2021. We were told we we would get it in July but nothing in July. After calling the store I was told would receive in August. I called multiple times to inquire about the bed with no assistance from the store manager. I think his name is ****. He said he cant help and right now whole world is having problems and its not his problem when I was talking about the purchase that was made. He I wont be getting the bed until the end of December may be. They lie about everything and theyre very rude and disrespectful to their customers.I ended up canceling my order and the store manager did tell me we will get refund on everything thats including the warranty fees, shipping fees as they delivered part of the purchase in may. We will never do business with them and we recommend everyone to stay away from this place. So much for being a family owned company. I hope to get all our money back without any issues otherwise theyll get sued for sure. Zero stars.

      I apologize for the frustration you experienced while ordering furniture with our store. It is true we are experiencing manufacturer delays beyond our control. We did fail you in customer service by not letting you know about the delays in a timely manner. This is an industry wide problem with thousands of orders effected. We are trying our best to alert customers about the delays and many customers are reselecting items in stock. We would never lie to customers about delays as this serves no purpose for either party. We do care about your shopping experience at ******** and your complaint will be promptly addressed. You will be refunded in full and again, please accept our sincere apologies.

      I bought a rug a couple weeks ago, I picked it up and brought it home and found that it was too small for the space I was placing it. I still had my emailed and printed receipt so I didn't think a return would be a problem. I WAS *****! I took it in and they told me that all "decor" was final sale. NO WHERE on my receipts did it say this. I explained to her that I am a *** nurse and I don't have a lot of time to drive downtown to return the rug, nor was I told about this policy. The lady however was firm and beyond ****. Now I am stuck with a rug that doesn't fit in my home. I will never be doing business with Pruitts again. Hiding return and refund policies is *** okay.

      I am sorry to hear you were unhappy with your return experience at Pruitt's. Our policy, written on every sales order and included on our website under Condition of Sale, states clearly that ALL decor and ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL. A rug purchase is a decor item and is non-refundable. We wish we had the capacity to easily return items similar to Amazon, however we do not. We state our policies clearly on every transaction so that customers are aware of their options. I do hope you will consider Pruitt's again as we are a competitively priced, family-owned company with a presence in Arizona for over 70 years.       I have ordered a Sleeper sofa January 2021. I still have yet to receive it. When i call the person i speak is sounds like she doesn't care. The first thing she says is you can cancel if you want and we will give you a full refund. I feel like i have already waited 5 months why cancel now. They continuously try and blame the pandemic on this delay and wouldn't have minded waiting 2 months but 5 months waiting WOW. Horrible customer service they never call and provide updates to make you fell like they even care that you have been waiting. Definitely poorly managed business with horrible customer service. I will definitely put the word out to family and friends not to purchase from this company.

Yes, it is true the pandemic and the delays in manufacturing have caused multiple delays. Where we failed you was not staying in touch about the delays, not offering you a better solution, and finally not escalating your issue to the management level.
