      Damage to vehicle. Car wash ripped the top of the car off and this business is ignoring us and refusing to help. This vehicle is not drivable now. This warrants legal action and the business is just hoping that we dont spend more money with an attorney vs just paying for the repairs ourself. Fortunately we have the ** on camera admitting guilt and that they are at least willing to pay for half. I feel like its our duty to take legal action (spending more than necessary) to keep these criminals from hurting anyone else. It just so happens that our county sheriffs department was on site when this happened. They said this business has lost all business from the county because these car washes also damaged a squad car and they refused to pay out. Please please please stay away from this business.

      Damaged my car's side mirror and immediately the Super Star Car Wash in *********************************************************************** supervisor ************************* filed claim on behalf of us so SSCW Corp can take care of the issue. However, they failed to reach back to us within their promised time frame and after numerous visit, they would not talk to us nor honor the claim.I sent a Demand Letter and have given them a year. I will be filing an Arbitration against SSCW Corp as they don't take any actions nor care for their customers. They should not continue business and during the Arbitration process of Civil Case, I'll seek to escalate their business malpractice to Criminal Case.Here is the Demand Letter excerpt -It is evident that my client adhered to all standard safety procedures and guidelines while utilizing your car wash facility, yet her vehicle sustained significant damage. It is perplexing that your company has failed to review the video footage, which could substantiate my client's claims and, instead, has opted to withhold crucial evidence.Such actions, or inactions, may constitute a breach of various laws and regulations governing the operation of car wash facilities.In light of these circumstances, my Client hereby demands the following:1. Compensation for all damages incurred by my client, including the cost of repairing or replacing the damaged passenger-side mirror and any associated expenses. The damages to my Clients vehicle have totaled $852.67 and insurance rating damage. Also, the estimated diminished valued the damage depreciation of the vehicle due to this situation at $5,000. My Client must be paid these damages within 60 days from your receipt of this letter.2. A written official apology to my client for the inconvenience, stress, and frustration caused by this ordeal.

      We took our Tahoe to get a wash here since it was new and close by. Unfortunately when we entered the wash and came to the end and another car was stuck and bouncing around. Since this is a new conveyor style it pushed my truck into the other car and wrecked the front of the truck. Went and immediately told the onsite staff and they gave us a copy of the video and took a report. Said a manager would call but never did. I received an email placing blame on the other car but when I asked if a car gets stuck is there a safety measure to avoid accidents they said yes but it failed to work. If this was the other style of track we could have hit the brakes and jumped the track to avoid the accident but with the conveyor style we had no choice but impact. I have called and emailed for a resolution and even the police department stated it was the facility responsibility but still no call back or discussion. They dont stand behind their staff or facilities to where other measures will need to be taken to repair damage. I do not recommend them as they do not care for your vehicle

Because we care about our customers, there is a great deal of discovery and due diligence that goes into the process of researching an alleged claim/incident. When there is an incident between two non-affiliated parties, we strongly encourage the claimant to utilize the resources (License plate, video footage, etc.) available and present it to their insurance company (as a no fault). Generally, the claimants insurance company will provide the next steps in the process. Thank you.

      Super Star Car Wash changed my plan from $9.95 to $19.95 and then to $29.95 ... I feel robbed. I didn't pay close enough attention. You signed me up and then You kept charging me what I thought was $9.95, but I never agreed to an increase. I'm sure in the small / fine print you said you would do this ...but I feel taken advantage of. And I want to let the BBB know you did not have my approval for rate increases to my credit card when I was under the $9.95 impression.

      You have the worst employees ever at the **** store now. Ever since the 2 young white guys left the site, it has gone down hill. Two black guys. One had dreads and wears glass and the other is a teenager, are rude, and disrespectful to customers. One follows the other around like a lost puppy. The lot is always a mess, and no towels. I've noticed that one of the young kids, if he sees a girl he goes over and flirts. He is the one we're you first drive in at. How unprofessional is that. The one black guy yells at customers, I have seen this on two occasions. I can't believe he still has a job. Apparently who ever is over that site doesn't care that employees do that. Maybe both of them need to be fired. The site was much better at the beginning of the year and when the 2 white guys were there. I will cancel my membership, I won't give a business my money when they have rude and disrespectful employees. I'll go to Cobblestone or wash my vehicle myself.Since I have to give a star to only one, and honestly that one to many.

      i usually get my car wash** her using the $11 wash.this time i opt** for the $15 monthly chg.I was chg ** $49. I am asking for a full refund.this happen** 8/27/24.I have this with one of my other cars and never a problem

      My hubcap was damaged beyond repair and was not loose or in danger of being lost as I had driven thousands of miles with it firmly in ********* visit to Super Star Car Wash was enough to dislodge it and break the pins which held it in place. I was told they were not responsible and given the broken cap back after it was fished out of the bay. I would never utilize this service again, and the customer service following the incident was hardly appropriate or apologetic.

      No 0 star option for Worst customer service ever! They don't give you a phone # to talk to a real person about a problem, instead they give you a card to email which takes days for a response. I had purchased their Super unlimited plan, and was being charged $27. mo., being from the military, I had to be out of town for a couple of months, so had plan put on hold, which they charge a ***** a month to do. I get back to town to resume plan I had on hold. They then proceed to charge 3 different amounts in 1 week including the ***** for hold. I have emailed back and forth several times explaining the wrong amounts fraudulently being charged to my card! ***************** replied, they can charge me for the highest amount of the 3 which are over and above the plan I had been paying for and had on hold. Very deceptive Co. I do not recommend using them especially to any military personnel!

Even while your membership is paused, you will be charged $0.01 per month and your plan will resume at standard pricing" It then asks you to confirm. Our records indicate that you provided confirmation.
