      This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. **** was so great and easy to deal with. I got an amazing car at an amazing price. I traded in my old car and the process went smoothly. I highly recommend!

      DriveTime was super helpful! Their employee **** *. was so helpful and gave me a good break down without using too much lingo that would confuse me. He was very transparent with both cars I was looking at. It was overall a great experience

      I have had the worst experience with one of drive time vehicles I got my vehicle April 1st I have been having issues since I got the vehicles took my vehicle to 7 different shops all my light are on my dash Abs traction break steering wheel tire the car is vibrating the steering wheel is hard to steer one shop said it was steering wheel and breaking system it was going to cost $720 the shop it's at now saying it's the air bag engine steering wheel module and it's going to cost me 4000 almost 5000 dollars to fix a car I only had since April my warranty company won't cover the part I need I have call silver Rock customer relations took it to *** they said they fixed the recalls I leave and now my break lights don't work it's not a bube I'm so stressed out with this whole situation I can not drive the vehicle with these issues I'm paying a note on plus insurance

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention; we appreciate the opportunity to address our customers concerns. We regret to hear of any mechanical concerns our customer has experienced and the frustrations this caused. Please know that we make every effort to prevent mechanical malfunctions by inspecting each of our vehicles before transporting them to our sales lots. However, since our vehicles are pre-owned, we are unable to predict exactly if or when these issues may arise. For this reason, we provide a 30-day, 1,500-mile warranty and offer our customers the option to purchase an additional protection plan. It is important for our customers to know that if the repairs needed on the vehicle are determined to be non-covered components, they would be considered the customers cost of ownership. In addition to these coverages, we offer a 5-day Vehicle Return Policy (VRP), which allows our customers the opportunity to inspect and get comfortable with their purchase. If they are not pleased with their vehicle, they can bring it back within the first 5-business days (not including the date of sale, holidays we are closed, and Sundays). That said, we apologize once more for our customer's dissatisfaction with our **********************.       We got the car we wanted and are very happy with it. However, we did not want the extended ****** mile warranty and when we opted out of that, our sales ***** ******** completely changed. He did not even shake my hand when we were finished. I assume its because he gets commission on the warranty. But for us, we just simply did not need it.
