              The incident happened this morning on 9/23/2021, I noticed my sensor for my filtration system was going off I opened up my cabinet underneath my sink and I noticed water, I inspected it and noticed water was dripping down from it, it was coming from a red tube that is connected to the system, I emptied out the reservoir bottle which holds water for instant use then the dripping went away I was on the phone with a lady named **** which thinks she knows everything in the world, and I was trying to tell her that the sink hasn't been used since last night that it couldn't be my stuff leaking, she told me to put a new dry paper towel down which I did and to reset the sensor and put it on the towel, there was no leak just of yet but the water reservoir hasn't filled up yet, so it's not going to leak until that reservoir is filled up, she kept insisting that it wasn't her system and I was telling her that it was dripping from her system they don't want to come out and fix it under warranty.

              We purchased *********-Quad Water Softner/Purifing system two months ago. We are very pleased with the performance of the system. Our representative ************ was terrific to work with. He presented all the facts about the system and showed us the results of our water test. The installers were terrific, they were able to place the unit in the garage exactly where we wanted it. We would recommend this system to anyone that has hard water.
