            I have been in touch with the business owner, ***** for over a year trying to get resolution for damages as a result of the work done on our property. A post tension slab was accidentally drilled into by his crew resulting in a cable snapping. I had my builder repair the cable but during the repair the turf was damaged. Todd has sent someone out to look at the turf finally last week and now waiting for an update on getting the repair completed. We also have an issue with the lighting that was installed. Several of the lights are loose and won't stand upright. He did come look at them and is aware they need to be fixed, he even suggested that they will need to be swapped out. I have repeatedly asked for an update on when this will be taken care of with no response. These items are under warranty per his contractors license. I have attached a few screenshots of our text dialogue. I originally contacted him about the turf damages Aug 25th 2021.

            We hired Dream Retreats to remodel our backyard. We also wanted to add a pool at the same time and Dream Retreats partnered with True Blue Pools for the project. ******* from Dream Retreats collected our ideas and then worked with True Blue to come up with a total backyard redesign. We signed a contract in October and the project was finally complete around the end of June. The work took longer than we were expecting, but we are thoroughly happy with the results. The next time that we remodel a yard, we will definitely turn to Dream Retreats for the work. We would recommend this company to anyone planning a landscaping project, without reservation.
