I ordered a gel seat cusion for my mother's wheelchair on August 15, 2023. On August 24, I contacted PHC by email to inquire about my order and when it should arrive. On August 25 they replied "Please call me. Not enough info for the credit card". Sounded a little fishy, so I replied and asked them to cancel my order. On August 27 they emailed me and said "We will attempt to cancel - it may have already shipped from manufacturer. Will let you know Monday." Never heard from them again. When I received my credit card statement, I noticed that they charged me for the product that I never received. Over $171. So I guess there was enough info for the credit card after all? Am now working with my credit card company to try and get the charges reversed. Now I'm wondering if this company is even legit. Beware.Review from Robin H

I ordered a wheelchair online using the card for my flexible spending account. Was taking a long time for delivery and nearing year end. I called them TWICE to ensure that my fsa card had been charged and the wheelchair was on its way. Both times I called I was ASSURED my card was charged and the wheelchair would eventually be delivered. My order was subsequently canceled and I was never notified. I only found out it was canceled because I reached out to them to once again check on my order. Instead of apologizing or accepting any responsibility they are arguing with me and essentially calling me a liar about the phone calls. In the meantime, the $600 I paid into my fsa was forfeited, so now I am out of pocket $600 and no wheelchair. Very poor customer service.
