              We have been taking our taxes to be prepared by J's Accounting for the last 20 years without any issues. Tax information is gathered and taken to J's Accounting and every year we have a great experience with ******* Thiesman. This year we took our tax documents to J's Accounting and the usual accountant that has been doing our taxes for the last 20 years was not there. I was told told "I will be doing your taxes this year. " The lady's name is ****** . Today is the deadline for taxes and we have made several attempts to ask about our taxes and the couple of times ******** response was very rude and unprofessional. I am still waiting for ****** to call to let us know our taxes have been completed. Thank you.
