Caribbean Pools did a great job on our pool. It was a very small project in a tight space and they made it happen, and we are happy with the pool. My complaint is when we chose to go with Caribbean pools, we had three other competitive bids. Caribbean had told me, that the front yard they need to dig up to gain access to my backyard would be put back the way it was. Also, Caribbean was informed I had an irrigation system, and they would take pictures to either move or make sure it wasnt damaged. This is important because I have an HOA. This is why I chose Caribbean. They had the best price for everything needed. Half way through the build, the project manager tells me, they are not going to do any landscaping because it wasnt in the contract. So, I reach out to the original person that sold me on this, and was told not to worry, they would get it done. Pool gets finished, all contacts from Caribbean vanish like ghosts. I call the number from ******* they tell me, Caribbean is not responsible for any damage to the access. My irrigation is damaged, and Im responsible for replacing my front yard. Im mad at myself for trusting someones word, but also, its very shady for a company to take advantage of consumers and say whatever they need to say to get a sale. In retrospect, I would choose and advise anyone else to go with Cal Pools. I personally know they clean up very professionally and put the consumers property back the way it was. Caribbean just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Steer clear, make sure they put everything in writing with the price they are giving you.
