********** was appointed to represent me after an accident I March 2021. Since then i have received minimal assistance in my claim, no forward movement, rejection of settlement, lack of communication. Forced to go back to work against doctors orders. Refusal to see a second opinion or more reputable doctor of my choice. Threats regarding my getting a new lawyer. Threats about undescibed fees not included in any sort of statement for signed contracts. Incredibly rude behavior considering my slight accent. I am still in a ton of pain and still need compensation and medical assistance and they refuse to help without a legal nudge. They have made it clear they think I'm making this up however there is video proof of injury and medical proof of serious injury inhibiting movement therefore according to doctors and physical therapist should not be working at all. Since I have received no money in months from these people I have had to increase injury to make rent. These attorneys threaten that if I keep working they can close my case but I have no income and no current doctor to sign disability documents per the attorneys. I need some help. Please see what you can do. I can provide any other documents needed and per my children will be recording my conversations from now on as my daughter works at another law firm ( not an attorney). Please let me know what you can do.
