Below is exactly what I emailed Autohaus which several phone calls (************************* * ************) and a few more emails. Spoke with **** the online parts employee and he mentioned they did send me the incorrect pump grommet, sensor grommet and he will get the correct ones coming. I haven’t seen or heard anything since. He also mentioned he would look into the washer reservoir and call me back. It’s been over a week now. In regards to my Oder # ***** Picture #1 is the original reservoir and pump in my 2007 Mercedes CLK550 convertible. You can see the pump has a 90° fitting for the hose. The pump you sent me has a straight connector for the hose, which I believe I can make work if you can’t get me the correct pump. Picture #2 is the reservoir you sent me which has two extra holes at 5/8 inch diameter in the bottom as seen in picture #3. And with picture #7 you can see a mounting bolt does not line up as it should and on top of this reservoir is a large opening which my original reservoir has no opening. This is the incorrect reservoir. Picture #4 is the pump and grommet you sent me. The grommet is not even close to fitting the pump and the fitting as you can see is straight . Picture #5 shows the grommet on the bottom of the pump. You can see that it is not correct at all. And picture #6 you can see the grommet almost covers siphon tube. The level sensor and grommet I believe are correct and should fit properly. Picture #8, your illustrated parts page with this reservoir, where I took all the numbers from, to fit my vehicle looked correct. #13 - Reservoir #19 - Level Sensor #20 - Level Sensor Grommet #21 - Reservoir Pump #22 - Reservoir Pump Grommet Picture #9 looks like the correct grommet for the reservoir pump. (part # **********) Please let me know if you have the parts I need and they’re on their way to my home and I can return these incorrect parts. Thank you and have a wonderful day,
