    i ordered a part on ****** i paid for expedited shipping…2day air. After 6 days an empty package arrived. i requested the part resent overnight . They said they might send me something in 10 days. i hope its not another box of air.

    When you check availability on their website it says they have it. A couple days later you will get an email saying that they are out of stock because the manufacturer is updated availability. So it showed they had six online in their warehouse and when I called them their story was somebody must have bought all six out from under me in a few seconds it took for me to check availability and then pay for it with my credit card

    Our website does not show this part to be in stock, it does show "Ships in 2 to 3 days," which indicates the part is not in stock. This is also indicated on the checkout screen.

    Unfortunately there is no way currently to link our system to the manufacturer, therefore, all ETAs displayed are best estimates, based on average time it takes for parts to arrive to our distribution center. Once we place the order with the manufacturer and receive updates, we send those out via email.

    This particular part is not a stocked item. Upon further review, the part is currently on backorder with the manufacturer. At this time, the manufacturer does not have an ETA for availability.
