    I would not recommend this car dealership to nobody . They repo my car November 11 , they told me I have 10 days which is the 25th of November , but they said they 21st , so I am guessing they count weekends Saturday and Sunday which they are not open those days to have the money up for car insurance and payment which I was trying to do . I called up there today to come get my things Friday which is the only day I have off , basically the manager told me they threw me and my kids things away form credit cards to important documents in the trash and he was going by the law . Him or his staff did not notifying me they clean out the car and to come pick up my things . The manager was so unprofessional , rude , heartless and his attitude was saying I don't care its not my stuff . he was basically saying its the law they can throw anybody property in the trash. He is very nasty .

    **. ****** purchased a vehicle from Prestige Automotive on */*/2021. The requirements for purchasing a vehicle from Prestige Automotive is making your payments and full coverage insurance. **. ****** decided to quit making her payments and cancelled her insurance on the vehicle. Customer dropped her insurance on **/**/2022 and quit making payments on **/**/2022. We contacted **. ****** several times a week asking for Proof of Insurance and payments. Her response was " I Know and will get it when I can get it." Then she hung the phone up on us. After nearly 3 weeks Prestige Automotive had no other choice but to repossess the vehicle. **. ******'s vehicle was repossessed on **/**/2022. We sent out the letter to **. ****** letting her know she had 10 days to recover the vehicle and belongings. **. ****** did not make any attempt to contact Prestige Automotive until **/**/2022 which was past her 10 days notification. We properly disposed of all belongings left behind. When **. ****** came into the office on **/**/22 we explained the process for the third time to her. She was not happy with our process and was yelling and cussing at our staff. Never one time was our staff unprofessional to **. ******. Her statement above is not accurate to the situation that occurred, Thank you, Prestige Automotive

    It is accurate and y'all DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT MY BELONGINGS YALL ONLY SAID SOMETHING ABOUT THE CAR , but that still don't justify the fact to throw somebody things in the trash ! Yes I said I will when I can y'all call when I am working ! Y'all are rude and very unprofessional a
