I had a water softener system installed approximately 3 months ago. One tank is installed lopsided. I was told it's nothing to worry about. But that is the least of my worries. If I go away for a few days or longer and come back and turn my water on it smells like sewage. I have complained about this several times to Brian and they sent a technician out and I complained to the tech about it as well the water smells like rotten eggs. I was told to open up the valves and let the chlorinated chemical water in. The whole purpose of a water softener filtration system is to not let chemicals and chloronated water in. This way you have pure water. however I was told I have to open up the valves and let the chemicals and chlorinated water in so my water doesn't smell. I have spoken to several of my neighbors 6 neighbors to be exact who all have water softener systems and none of them have this issue. I do believe that my system that they installed is defective and they are telling me it is not. I paid for a system to purify my water and clean the chemicals out of it but I have to open up the valves to let the chemicals in And if I don't do that my water smells really bad. I would love a refund and love to have this system removed what a waste of money.

We have determined that the odor is coming from his water heater not the water conditioner..We recommend that he flushes the water heater with clorine or possiibly replace the  water heater.  the unit was installed in August of 2022, not 3 months ago.We can send another tech out to see if the problem can be solved.   Bryan
