    We originally purchased a packet through Orlando vacations for The **** hotel in Orlando. Through the package I was charged $157 per night. The original dates were from March 29, 2022 and leaving April 1, 2022. We were driving down and kept an eye on the forecast, and due to weather, we ended wanting to change the dates, I called Orlando vacations on march 26 to let them know and the receptionist told me not to make any changes until after the trip, because it can interfere with other tickets within the package. So we ended up purchasing additional nights for that hotel and we arrived March 27, 2022 instead of the 29th and then checked in from the original date March 29. But we left March 31 instead of April 1. After the trip I call and they still have not refund for the 2 night that I was charged for, but did not use. They also gave me a run around and said the hotel charge them which I called the hotel and they verified they have not charged them for those two nights. I have tried contacting several different supervisors, and have not received any phone calls or emails back. I’m asking for $314 back.     ZERO stars! I paid for **************** tickets. They charged my card. When I got to *******, they said I didn't have tickets and to make other arrangements. I had to buy tickets through Undercover Tourist which was very prompt to send tickets. Orlandovacation.com has NOT REFUNDED my money and it has been 3 months. They keep telling me that they are going to but they don't.
