WOW, the truth is very simple. Juli/*****, was a buyer on a million-dollar home and hired A1 septic to do a septic evaluation. We dispatched a truck to the seller's house and the buyer ***** was present. The property owner was not present. We located the septic tank with no problem however it was encased with some very expensive, beautiful landscaping. Since Juli was only a potential buyer, she was not authorized to give us permission to dig up, damaging some of this expensive landscaping to complete a septic evaluation. We explained to Juli we would need written consent from the property owner/seller giving us permission to dig up the landscaping to access the tank. Juli said she would contact the property owner and get back with us the following day. Two days later we had not heard from Juli, so we contacted her. She then informed us she decided not to buy the house. We informed her
there was a service call that she would be responsible for since she is the one that ordered our service. Immediately she blew up using foul language and hung up on us. We then contacted her realtor, informing them of this situation, and all he could do was apologize because she was rude and hateful to him as well. At no time did Juli ever pay one *****. For her to complain about paying zero is mind-boggling.
BBB please ban this customer from ******************** due to her/his Lies.
