    Hired them in Dec to do siding and soffits on my house, they quoted 3 weeks to finish. They demoed the old siding and soffit in Dec. We had floodlights in the soffit and they just left them dangling on the wires. In ***** was told my project manager is no longer working there and ******* will take over. This is where things really went downhill. They said the fascia was demoed by them, something they should not have done. **** told me I would need to pay for new fascia. They also said the soffit had been mistakenly measured and would cost 5x as much as the quote. I said I'd need to talk to the owner to work out how to handle their multiple mistakes. **** refused to put me in contact with the owner and it took me more than a week of calling and being told he was "in a meeting" and he would never call me back. Eventually I did talk to the owner and we agreed I would pay half of their error, about 2.5x the quoted price. In Apr they finally got back to finish the job. While they were working on it and still had scaffolding we tested the light and told them it was shorting and audibly buzzing then flipping the breaker. They said they have electricians on staff but it would be a while before they could send them out. It took them more than a month to send an electrician and when they did the electrician was mortified and took pictures of the burnt wires and smoke residue left from the way they reinstalled the lights. No apology was ever given for any of their mistakes. In fact, despite me making every deposit payment immediately, **** was now hounding me to make the final payment NOW. Well turns out they were trying to charge me a late fee because THEY took from Dec-May to finish this job. Now at the end of May after I have made the final payment and the job is complete, **** decides to call me and demands the 4 scrap pieces of siding that we have now been storing since Dec when they said we could keep it in case we need to make a repair in the future.

    We are sorry that your experience was not as pleasant as you were expecting. We are confident that we provided you with a great quality job even though it took a while to complete. We completed all the work that was contracted. Be mindful that access to the property was restricted to certain times and made our job of coordinating the trades more challenging. The project was also stalled in several occasions because we were waiting to hear back from a representative of the Trust about decisions and options to be made. Premiere did additional work by replacing eight (8) sheets of plywood on you siding walls that were not billed to you. We wanted to clean up the property from any debris and left over materials at the end of the job and that is the reason ******* tried contacting you with no avail. We hope that you enjoy the beautiful new siding and soffit on your property.

    Access to the property was not restricted, you are making this up. The project was stalled several times because I was waiting to hear from YOU. (******'s departure, ******, soffit supplier, electrician) ******* never wanted to clean up the property, but his contact wasn't without avail. I did speak to him and he made it clear why he was contacting me and it was not to clean up debris. ******* is a real detriment to your company. Eventually you will realize it whether you listen to me or not.All in all I am disappointed you have chosen this venue to make excuses and blame anyone but yourselves, but then again that is on par for your brand.
