            Slumlords that do not upkeep their property. They lie, and kicked my family out with little notice, to give it to someone willing to pay them more money. In 4 years of living there, I saw not one person or heard from anyone unless it was time to collect more money. Would not sign a new lease so he could keep raising my rent every few months. 0 out of 5 stars is what I would really give. Horrible people, horrible company, horrible attitudes. They do not care about anyone but themselves and their pockets.

            This person was not keeping this home up to standards. this was a very updated and clean home when she moved out, and she left it so dirty and nasty. the house needs to be cleaned and repainted. the cleaning and trash removal took over a week to get compensated. the home had dry wall damage and holes on the outside that needed repairs. she left behind a trailer load of trash and a trampoline. the grass had not been mowed in weeks and was over the trampoline. this lady was giving one month notice to move and she even was extended a week longer to move her stuff out. this was not a slum house until she moved in. and she is mad and upset because her deposit was not returned due to all the damage to the home. she move in March of 2021 and not 4 years as stated in the complaint.
