            Product is great, but Customer service is terrible. I ordered two patches $350 ea and they messed up the whole order. I got one out of the two, but it wasnt right and in my frustration I ordered the second one and I messed up in clicking iron on instead of Velcro. The company cant or wont take any fault in this. I've tried to give them the chance to make it right but they wont. This is frustrating. Even though the second one was a mess up becasue of the orders on their end Im willing to pay for my part of the mistake, but would like the first order redone on the company or a full refund.

            Their website states 100% customer satisfaction which is a complete lie. The patches we received did not match the "proof". After contacting them, they stated they cannot match the proof to the finished product and they wouldnt remake our order or provide a refund. What's the point of a proof??? Crooks!

            Customer originally contacted on 9/24/21 regarding the overall patch quality was great, but a design element did not match the proof. We requested photographs. Upon reviewing the photos, we found that the images matched as close as possible. The customer did not indicate that the interior boarder be the exact width of the smile as we are not able to guarantee that kind of precision with a merrowed or hot cut boarder when dealing with 1 millimeter versus 2 millimeter thickness differences. There is a note on the proof indicating that the final product may differ slightly from the digital proof due to stitching limitations. The mass production process also limits the exactness.

            If the customer is not satisfied with the product, we would like to apologize and ask that they return the order of patches for a full refund.
