PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE Should be zero stars.I strongly advise that you avoid this company. It is IMPOSSIBLE to speak live on the phone with someone. Yes, they have a toll-free number you can find on the Web but you will never be connected with a real person.If you have a problem you are forced to use their online chat. You can request a live person for the chat but these people are useless. The most severe problem I had was that I was overcharged for my property taxes by the county I live in. I notified *** not to pay the bill while I worked to resolve the matter with the county assessor. *** paid the bill which was $3.400 too high. Even after providing *** with the corrected tax bill It took me over 6 months, a registered letter not to mention a ton of stress to finally get it resolved. *** was about to raise my monthly mortgage payment over $1,000 to cover "escrow shortage" and adjust to what they say was my new tax rate. What could have been resolved with a simple 10-minute phone call dragged on for over six months.I just sold that house and FBC withheld two months of mortgage insurance ($552) from my escrow balance. When I questioned why they had done this, they said that the mortgage insurance was paid in rear. This is bogus, I paid mortgage insurance from the very first day of my loan. I asked for a detailed statement of the charges they would not comply.
