I hired this company to do inspection of a home I was purchasing. They did not find any issue. Two weeks after inspection I moved in the home and found many problems that these guys missed. 1) leak in guest bathroom 2) leak in outside faucet 3) leak in master bath toilet 4) sink in master bath not draining 5) dishwasher was broken DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT DO GOOD JOB.

As we have discussed in our emails non of these items were observed 2 months ago when this inspection was completed. I am sorry to hear your having issues now but these were not occurring when we did the inspection. As we discussed a slow sink drain can be easily cleaned out and drain stops can clog with hair easily. Flappers in toilet tanks are a common maintenance item and can go at any time and very easily changed. We have high resolution photos of the outside faucet with no leak and all the pavers beneath were dry. In addition we thermal scan the entire home in the inspection process and there was no signs of a leaks at the hall bath. The dishwasher handle also normal in our photos. We can only identify issues and items that are occurring in our inspection process. While we make every effort to find issues in the inspection process it is a picture in time, we cannot predict the future. Things can also happen after the inspection was completed especially when homes are occupied like this one.

The problems I listed did not show up 2 months after inspection. I closed the house 2 weeks after inspection and noticed these problem right after I got possession of home. All of these problems cannot happen in 2 weeks. They existed at the time of inspection and this company missed these problems.

The I inspection company is saying it is easy to clear slow sink drain and change flappers in toilet tanks. I don't even know what is a flapper. I hired a plumber and he charged me $100 to take care of these two items.

I found ground wet outside the bathroom so I hired a plumber. He It found the leak was under floor. No wonder the thermal scan of walls showed no problem. It paid $500 to leak detection company to find and fix this leak.

There was a hose attached yo the outside faucet. No wonder the high resolution photos of the outside faucet showed no leak and all the pavers beneath were dry. The inspectors should have looked just a few feet away when hose ended abd they would have found puddle of water. It cost me $200 to fix this problem.

Whitehouse inspection does bad job and then gives excuses that the problems did not exist at the time of inspection. Time between inspection and me taking possession of the home is 2 weeks, all these problems cannot happen in 2 weeks.

I was attempting to assist you, help explain and understand what occurred as we were not made aware of your issue until 2 months after our inspection. Were sorry your not happy and it's unfortunate we were not given any further opportunity to evaluate and assist in the matter. You ceased our communications, you also shared your opinion of us. Now you have followed through with your statement that you would be leaving negative reviews on social media about us. These post are always one sided, jaded and leave out of information like this one is. Your intentions are clear!
