I had a new home built by this company completed on 7/29/22. This company was a comedy of errors from the get go. To start things off they built the home with the garage order reversed because the elevation drawings and floor plan didn't match and nobody caught it. Then they ordered the wrong roof trusses causing the air handler to be mounted hanging in the garage as opposed to in the attic where the plans showed it. They damaged both the garden tub in master as well as the main bath tub and fixed versus replacing. The concrete work was absolutely horrible, the garage floor was cracked all over as well as the entryway and rear porch as well. The designer reversed the tile selection in the two shower areas as well as ordering the wrong faucets in bathrooms. My driveway although not yet cracked looks like **** due to trowel burns and pitting I have pictures of all and on top of this I feel they ripped me off at the end. They hit me with a total of 24k in overages and of course said if I didn't pay I would not be getting the co for the home or have it turned over to me This company never supplied me with exact bills proving their additional costs, instead they showed me (like)invoices from other jobs at the time of quote which is bs. Show me my bills for my job! Most of the errors where just careless but some oddly worked to my favor because the house looks better to some people this way and the air handler is better in garage than attic. After direct complaints to the top they offered some ways to address issues which I refused as they were in no way suitable. In addition there were items ordered due to supply issues that were way more expensive not cleared by me in advance. It is my money here. I was also told at pre construction meeting end of February move in ! bs try 7/29 another 8k in rent down the drain! I can't in good conscious recommend this company to anyone. Don't trust prior reputation because things change. Choose wisely. I Would not use again
